Richard Eyre directs his new version of Ibsen's Hedda Gabler. Richard was Director of the National Theatre from 1988 - 1997. His more recent work includes his award-winning production of The Crucible on Broadway, Nicholas Wright's Vincent In Brixton at the National Theatre and in the West End, and the film Stage Beauty. Eve Best plays Hedda Gabler. Eve's theatre work includes Howard Davies' production of Mourning Becomes Electra, for which she won the Critics Circle Best Actress Award.
